How long does the application process take?
Background checks and employment verifications take 1-3 business days.
Why should I pay through the online/tenant portal?
By paying through the online tenant portal, our property management company can track your payments, you can submit maintenance requests, and access your history of payments and fees.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
All maintenance requests should be submitted through the tenant portal provided online. Please make sure to create an account via the online tenant portal should you be approved to lease one of our properties.
Who do I contact if the HOA is not taking care of the landscaping or if I want to reserve the clubhouse?
Contact our team at support@arisllcga.com. Any contact with the HOA needs to be approved and submitted by the homeowner through our property management firm. All other maintenance requests should be submitted through the tenant portal.
Do you offer renter’s insurance?
No, however, if you have your own renter’s insurance policy, you will be asked to submit the information prior to approval.
Payments and Late fees: What are the late fees associated for late rent payments?
You can access the tenant portal online at https://www.arisllc.ga.com/tenant. All correspondences and associated fees will be noted within the portal once your application and background check are approved.

How long will it take to rent my property?
Most properties take up to 30 days to lease depending on the location, community amenities, real estate market, and rent range. We will make sure to keep in constant contact with the property owner to ensure that your property is properly marketed and prepared for showing.

How does A.R.I.S. calculate our property’s rental rate if we have not done so?
At A.R.I.S., we have a real estate agent on staff and an operations team who will do the market research for you to ensure you get the best and most accurate rental rate according to the market.

How will A.R.I.S. market my property?
We will use our photography and marketing contractors to ensure your property has the best photos and lighting for our marketing campaign. We will also make staging, renovation and updating suggestions to appeal to the modern market. Most real estate properties are marketed online through different real estate portals. How does A.R.I.S. check the applicant’s credit history or run a background check? We have a third-party vendor that performs all credit, employment, and background checks. At A.R.I.S. we want to make sure you as an owner have very little to worry about, we will manage it for you.
